- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included.

- Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email with the RA number clearly marked.

- Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer support team.

**5. Refunds**

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

- You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
